The Real Estate Social Media & Digital Content Manager is responsible for expanding the FindGhanaHomes.com’s acquired Properties across all social media platforms. This role requires a foundational understanding of digital marketing and digital asset management and SEO. The successful candidate will bring an eye for design and execution and an understanding of a luxury aesthetic and written content that is rich in storytelling and aligned with the FindGhanaHomes.com Real Estate brand.
Responsibilities
Digital Asset Management:
• Serves as an expert on our digital asset management tool
• Responsible for social media logic, strategy, production and execution
• Develops and manages overall editorial calendar, content calendar and deployment
• Maintains the library content in an organized and efficient way
• Craft and oversee all Social Media Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Manage and maintain brand standards and corporate governance
Digital Marketing:
• Sets up and monitors the social media presence and reputation on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc.) in compliance with business real estate goals and client service objectives
• Budget Oversight: manages annual Social Media Marketing plans and budget. Working with key stakeholders including, The General Manager of the company, Real Estate Agents, Property Owners and property marketing teams.
• Manage & oversee frequent and active engagement with all 3rd party media venders including but not limited to photographers, drone operators, talent, local PR and organized onboarding/offboarding
• Leads all social media strategies by maintaining and crafting engaging content and enhancing and formulating world class online reputation
• Manage and coordinate execution of a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, content creation, content curation and engagement
• Creative: using your production skill set to capture and leverage on-property programming, events and happenings for social media use
• Analytics: includes helping determine project goals, research measurement metrics, conceptualizing, planning, brainstorming and report to drive future content direction
• Responsible for supporting and advising the marketing teams about more efficient ways to use their assets in various channels
• Graphics: create and implement on-property and residence specific messaging
• Graphics: assist in logo and creative development
SEO:
• Understands SEO impact and how to optimize for social channels, blog & web
Qualifications:
• Prior management experience
• Experience creating and managing annual budgets
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Self-start and constantly strive to improve and remain competitive in an ever-evolving marketplace
• Have an innate ability to self-manage and understand and execute on priorities
• Utilize digital editing software to create social content
• Experience using project and work management tools like Asana, Slack, Iconosquare, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, etc…
• Strong attention to details
